Why should I subscribe to the DDG Network?

What happens if a Pre-Order cannot be secured?

While we have a strong and reliable supplier network, allocation cuts can occasionally happen from the manufacturer’s side. If a pre-order cannot be secured, we will notify you immediately. A 100% full refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days once the official cancellation is confirmed by our distributor.

How many pieces/cases can I purchase for each product?

The purchase limit depends entirely on the specific product allocation and market demand. However, for most items in our catalog, partners are allowed to place orders for more than 1 full case, allowing you to scale your inventory efficiently.

Why do shipping fees vary across different products?

DDG directly sources and coordinates logistics from multiple international hubs, including the USA, China, Japan, and Indonesia. Because different products are shipped from different country origins, international freight costs, customs handling, and weight variances will cause shipping fees to differ.

Are all the diecast products on DDG 100% authentic?

Yes, absolutely. Authenticity is our ultimate priority. Every single product listed in our Ready Stock or Pre-Order catalog is sourced directly from licensed global distributors and official manufacturer networks. We have a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit goods.

How can I track my bulk shipment or pre-order status?

Once your order leaves our international sorting hub, a real-time tracking number will be updated directly in your DDG Partner Dashboard. For pre-orders, estimated arrival dates (ETA) will be stated in the catalog, and any major timeline updates from distributors will be broadcasted to our partners immediately.

Can I cancel a pre-order after payment has been made?

Once an order is submitted and locked into our global supplier system, cancellations from the buyer’s side are strictly not allowed. This is because funds are immediately committed to secure the factory allocation for your slots.
